I help make AI and Tech simple to understand so you can implement and strategize quickly.

I’m a former CIO and senior technology executive who has spent my career helping leaders make decisions in complex, high-pressure environments, long before AI became the latest headline.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve led large organizations through major technology changes, the “dot-com” boom, the introduction of cloud computing, governance challenges, and moments where the “right” decision wasn’t obvious.

I’ve sat in the seat where leaders are expected to approve initiatives they didn’t personally design, and still be accountable for the outcomes.

That experience is why I do this work differently.

I don’t believe leaders need to become AI experts.

They need simplicity, guidance, and a method to think strategically and clearly when the pressure is on.

Today, I work with executives, founders, and business leaders who feel the growing expectation to “do something with AI,” but want to move forward responsibly, without hype, overwhelm, or costly missteps.

My approach is calm, practical, and grounded in real leadership experience. No tool-chasing. No fear-based urgency. Just clear thinking, sound decisions, and guardrails that protect people, culture, and trust.
